During this project I helped develop, produce and launch a luxury men's ready-to-wear collection to a global wholesale market place.  In the second wholesale season I trippled the global account base

Four month consultantcy to help manage the launch of the business from the perspective of Merchandising, Operations and Customer Services.  The main aim being organising and communicating the logistics of setting-up each function.  This involved resource costing and phasing; setting-up all processes and procedures and ensuring that all implementations were scalable to support short to mid-term strategy

Two month consultantcy with the main objective of providing spring 2011 buying budgets to the Managing Director.  This involved detailed analysis of each buying area; proposing top level budgets to the Managing Director.  Filtering company budgets down to brand and store level and then communicating the budgets and decisions to each Buyer
