- Business Assessment - An initial two hour consultation to discuss your current business situation and five year plan - Identification of the key short and long term goals of your business and your present strategy for achieving those - Following this meeting your management consultant will provide a high level report confirming where you are now, where you would like to be and recommendations for how Bradshaw Consulting can assist
- Strategy Formulation - Review of recommendations resulting from the initial business assessment - Discussion relating to the relevant strategies to assist the achievement of business objectives and assessing which require the ongoing assistance of Bradshaw Consulting
- Project Mapping - Working with your business critical path and alongside the strategic goals acknowledged in the strategy formulation session, your Management Consultant will plot the optimum timeline for each project identified
- Project Management - Your Management Consultant will work alongside the relevant business functions and/or external business partners to ensure that all timelines, goals, training needs and metrics are agreed, communicated and assessed appropriately - Reporting of key data and milestones back to the management team in an agreed and timely manner
- Training - One-to-one or group training sessions in any of the areas of expertise within Bradshaw Consulting are available on a tailored basis to suit your business needs
- Merchandise Planning - Technical review to include WSSI assessment, processes, procedures, OTB management, training and coaching
- Interim Cover - Filling gaps in your organisation on an interim basis, such as maternity cover, long-term sickness, new ventures - we have the skills and experience to make an immediate and positive impact in Operations, Merchandising and Buying
