Sam Bradshaw has twelve years of retail experience in Buying, Merchandising and Business Operations and has successfully completed her MBA

 

Most recently her career has seen her assisting and managing the set-up of a small established luxury retail business in order to position it for global expansion by way of overhauling the existing IT infrastructure; reviewing and consulting on managing the change across the business and launching new business streams such as wholesale and e-commerce

 

Before embarking on a career in management consulting Sam has handled turnovers in excess of £50m per annum; managed diverse senior teams; implemented a multi-million pound IT system (SAP) into a premier multi-sited retailer and achieved substantial cost savings for all companies that she has played a key role in

 

She is incredibly people, product and financially focused, and believes passionately that it takes a balance of all three elements to make a successful business
